Since our founding in 2019, Stirling DC has grown from a UK-based idea to an international consultancy with a portfolio spanning Europe, Africa, and the Middle East.

Our early work focused on leadership and employability training for higher education and community-based organisations. Over time, we expanded into executive education, strategic communication, and HR capacity development, partnering with government agencies, SMEs, NGOs, public sector organisations and corporate institutions to build stronger, more adaptive organisations.

Today, we continue to evolve, staying at the forefront of learning, technical and soft skill development, employability training, leadership development, and strategic transformation.
